If for any reason you do not agree with the terms set forth in this TOS, please don't use the services provided by our website. The use of our website binds you to this TOS. ExclusiveDirectory.Net have the right to revise or amend this TOS at anytime without any further notice.

I - SERVICES

ExclusiveDirectory.Net is a human edited directory providing paid directory services for Blogs for listing in our directory. ExclusiveDirectory.Net will only consider your site for inclusion in the Directory, if your website is a blog. Please be reminded that inclusion in our Directory is not guaranteed.

If you chose our paid inclusion fees, we will do our best to review your website in 2 - 3 business woking days.

If you availed our free promotional listing, you have the option to choose our paid inclusion listing if you wish to continue availing our services at the end of the free listing period.

All deleted listings submitted to us, will require resubmission if the website owner again wishes to use our services and will undergo the initial process of evaluating the site submitted if it will be accepted or not.

II - GENERAL

We are making ExclusiveDirectory.Net a useful directory and  a resource of information and this require us to be discreet in reviewing your Blog. That discretion includes but not limited to the following; what Blogs to approve and include in our review process, edit the content of the title and description of the Blog to match it's category. ExclusiveDirectory.Net reserves the right to move every Blog submitted to another category or subcategory or delete any listing at our own sole discretion if we find it necessary. Please note that the editor's decision will not always treat all submissions equally but we are doing our best to make fair and reasonable decisions.

Payments made for inclusion of your Blog to ExclusiveDirectory.Net does not guarantee inclusion of your Blog.  Sites submitted for inclusion will undergo review process by human editors, aside from our Submission Guidelines, the editorial staff in its sole discretion may consider other criteria in accepting or rejecting a site. If your site is accepted, all payments are non-refundable and if our editors believe that the site you submitted does not meet the criteria to be included in our directory you will be refunded 100% of what you paid. Depending on the volume of submission, it will take 2 - 3 days or up to seven days of review for paid listings.

Featured listings will be transferred to regular listings (lifetime) after the period of service expires (usually one year), no renewals.

III - PRIVACY

ExclusiveDirectory.Net hates spam, and rest assured your personal information is safe with us. ExclusiveDirectory.Net respect your intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on our site, has been infringed or your intellectual property rights have been violated, please do not hesitate to contact us.  If someone other than you, the exclusive owner of the website in question, has submitted your website to ExclusiveDirectory.Net without your approval, please contact us if in anyway your site will have an adverse affect in its submission.

ExclusiveDirectory.Net accepts paid advertisements. ExclusiveDirectory.Net is not responsible for the contents of websites or resources that are listed and advertised in our site. We are not responsible for any advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. ExclusiveDirectory.Net does not endorse or vouch any websites listed in our Directory or any paid advertisements placed in our website. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
